HoofFit Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the HoofFit application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

HoofFit is a platform providing equestrian fitness content, a peer-to-peer marketplace for equestrian goods, an equestrian service provider directory, and property listings facilitated by licensed real estate professionals. HoofFit is owned and operated by HoofFit, LLC.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using the App you represent that you are 18 or older.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Marketplace Listings

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings. HoofFit does not verify, inspect, or warrant the condition, legality, or accuracy of any item listed. Horse listings must include a complete and honest health and soundness disclosure.

6. Equestrian Services Directory

Service providers listed on HoofFit are independent contractors. HoofFit does not employ, supervise, or endorse any listed service provider. Users engage service providers at their own risk.

7. Real Estate Services

Property listings on HoofFit are facilitated by licensed real estate agents operating independently under their respective brokerages. Listing information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. HoofFit is not a licensed real estate broker.

8. Fitness Content

Workout and exercise content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Consult a licensed physician before beginning any exercise program.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOOFFIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. HOOFFIT'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
