1. Information We Collect
Information you provide: name, email, ZIP code, city, state, profile photo, bio, phone (optional), listings, messages. Information collected automatically: device type, OS, app version, screen views, IP address.
2. How We Use Your Information
To create and manage your account, facilitate marketplace transactions and service connections, display listings, send transactional emails, forward property/service inquiries to agents, improve the App via anonymized analytics, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Information We Share
With other users (for marketplace, services, messaging), HoofFit affiliate agents (property/service inquiries), service providers (Supabase, Expo, RentCast), and law enforcement when required. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Marketplace and Listings
Information included in public listings is visible to all App users. Do not include sensitive personal information in listing descriptions.
5. Data Retention
We retain account data while your account is active. Contact hello@hooffit.us to request deletion.
6. Security
We use encrypted data transmission, row-level database security, and Supabase authentication. No system is completely secure — use a strong, unique password.
7. Children's Privacy
HoofFit is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
8. Your Rights

9. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with YouTube and external real estate data providers, each governed by their own privacy policies.
